Responsibilities:
/ Manage the daily meetings and planning of the creative team
/ Ensure adherence to project schedules and scopes
/ Coordinate with stakeholders from different departments
/ Keep all stakeholders informed of project progress
/ Anticipate and address problems proactively
/ Ensure client satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
/ Translate customer expectations into actionable strategies for the team
/ Solicit and incorporate ongoing client feedback
/ Collaborate with other departments to develop client retention strategies
/ Serve as the point of contact for information exchange between production teams
/ Offer advice to clients on services and products
/ Effectively prioritize work
/ Coordinate project approach alongside other project managers and team members
Skills / Experience
/ Management or supervisor experience
/ Experience in scheduling, process improvement, and tool implementation
/ Experience working with creative teams in agencies or companies
/ Technical skills in software like Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
/ Proficiency in data collection and analysis
/ Familiarity with project management platforms and software
/ Goal-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
/ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
/ Architectural knowledge for technical understanding
/ Strong project management and organization skills
