This project, named Nahid on Main Street by Nahid Developments, is a contemporary collection of 11 townhouses in The Beaches area of Toronto, ON. This building was designed with colours and textures that resemble the natural terrain of a forest while having a modern look. This was accomplished thanks to our heavily experienced team. Using advanced technology, QOO Studio produced a platform to showcase the homes as well as the existing neighbourhood and its nearby amenities. To showcase these aspects accurately, we made Photo-realistic Exterior and Interior Renderings that offered an opportunity for storytelling and mood-setting. These renderings were heavily utilized throughout the marketing process for both direct and digital marketing. This project also utilized our mobile-friendly 360 Tour, a mobile-friendly web application, allowing the prospective buyer to explore the inside of the building. Dwelling through the hallways, amenities, and any unit of their choosing. As the entire building is furnished and heavily decorated, it gives the user an understanding of the special features and design layouts in a very interactive manner. The prospective buyer could also easily filter through different criteria to find their perfect units and compare. The best part about this kind of virtual showing is that the prospective buyer could always come back, from the comfort of their own home, just in case they missed something.
