/ Manage tool complexity and demonstrate high levels of autonomy in project execution
/ Set up assets, production pipelines, and tools using Unreal Engine, 3Ds Max, and Houdini
/ Collaborate with the Realtime Technical Art Director to ensure technical requirements are met
/ Develop and test tools to improve and assist the work of other artists in production
/ Gather and analyze feedback on assets, pipelines, and tools, and implement improvements accordingly
/ Identify opportunities to improve existing pipelines and processes
/ Assist in integrating the Unreal Engine pipeline, including setup requirements and hyper care
/ Develop 3D Realtime scenes and environments, focusing on lighting, texturing, and optimization
/ Create and grow 3D model assets and props for architectural, infrastructure, and experiential projects
/ Produce and maintain documentation on tools, methods, training, processes, and engine limits
/ Collaborate with local or remote technical artists and programmers as needed

Skills / Experience

/ Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine or other game engines like Unity
/ Proficiency in 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender
/ Strong understanding of asset importation, processing, and rendering in real-time environments
/ Strong coding skills with proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or scripting languages
/ Understanding of shader languages like GLSL or HLSL for real-time rendering
/ Experience gained through internships, freelance work, or entry-level positions in animation, gaming, or visual effects industries is welcome
/ Exposure to the real estate, property, architectural, or construction industries is a plus
/ 3-4 years of relevant experience preferred, but open to candidates with exceptional skills and potential
