The Via Bloor Condos is situated in Yorkville, Toronto. Being minutes away from some of the city’s best retail stores and fine dining. This condo is the perfect home for many, with easy access to parks and green places. The building consists of two stellar towers connected with a ground-floor retail section by the world-class developers at Tridel and Rescon. To showcase the unique towers and all that they have to offer to their future residents, we provided Photo-realistic Exterior and Interior Renderings. These served as critical marketing tools for all efforts, digital and print. Used mainly as the forefront, the initial impression a prospective buyer gets, it lures the right eyes, the people looking for luxurious high-rise living. We composed these renderings into a Video Animation, which served tremendously well in the sales office and the digital marketing efforts. It provided the perfect opportunity for storytelling and mood-setting, giving this project identity and a personality of its own. To give the prospective buyer a deeper look into the building, we provided a 360 Tour. This mobile-friendly website application allows the user to explore the inside of a preconstruction project. The entire building, including every unit, is fully furnished and heavily decorated. The user could dwell around, experiencing the amenities and the luxurious finishes around every corner. This is by far the best way to show the interconnectivity between floors, hallways, and units. Users have the ability to filter through different criteria, narrowing down the best units that fit their needs.
